SMALL WONDERS STAFF The staff at Small Wonders is hand selected with your children's best interest in mind. We are staffed with the appropriate number of staff members to meet or exceed the state licensing requirements at all times. Our staff is trained in adult/child/infant CPR and first aid. Full time employees are required to attend 30 hours of ongoing training per year. Our staff is selected based on their interest in the growth and development of young children.
