SMALL WONDERS STAFF


The staff at Small Wonders is hand selected with your children's best interest in mind. We are staffed with the appropriate number of staff members to meet or exceed the Maine state licensing requirements at all times. Our staff is trained in adult/child/infant CPR and First Aid. Full time employees are required to attend 30 hours of ongoing training each year as well.
 
 

STAFF QUALITIES


Our daycare staff is selected based on their interest in the growth and development of young children. Small Wonder's employees share the following qualities:

  • Good listening and verbal skills with both children and adults
  • Awareness and acceptance of individuality
  • Sense of humor
  • Gentleness and compassion
  • Maturity and the ability to respect confidentiality
Any concerns regarding staff members should be brought to the attention of the lead teach or director as soon as possible.
